Welcome to Affordable Home Inspections located in Bradenton, Florida. 

We are a full-time inspection company that serves Manatee County, most of Sarasota County and, for a travel fee, will do southern portions of Sarasota, Pinellas and Hillsboro Counties.  Inspections include existing homes, condominiums, mobile homes, multifamily homes, light commercial, and construction progress (new construction).  Insurance inspections are also a product  that we offer.  Four point inspections include roof, electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning with the report faxed to your insurance company.

Jim Goodbrad, our inspector, is a licensed Building Contractor who has knowledge and experience in construction for over 20 years in Manatee County.  Operating his inspection company for more than 5 years, he has memberships and certification in nonprofit associations including the National Association of Home Inspectors and Home Inspectors Association of Florida.  NAHI has minimum standards for membership and testing for certification.  Members must complete continuing education yearly to maintain membership and certification. 

Jim carries a laptop, digital camera, and portable printer to job sites so that a complete report can be printed on site.   These amenities are included in the affordable price of the inspection.
